Online Coaching – who is it for?

First of all I think there is probably a need to quickly explain what online coaching is.

As an online coach I create a bespoke training and nutrition plan for each client. No training plan is the same because obviously every client has a different goal and diet/training history.

As an online coaching client you complete your training, whenever suits you. Either train at a gym or at home. You will get weekly check-ins with your coach via video call to discuss progress and any issues you may face. Additionally, you will also be able to contact your coach between catch-ups via email and WhatsApp to send form videos and ask questions regarding your programme or diet.

Who is online coaching for?

You don’t have to be advanced in your training to get yourself an online coach. You can be a complete beginner, never having set foot in a gym before. The only requirement is commitment. You will need to be 100% committed to making changes to your lifestyle. As a coach I am here to support you all the way to the finishing line. I will tell you exactly what you have to do in your training and diet to get to your goal – but it’s up to you to do it!
