Online coaching is for people who are ready and willing to make a change. I don’t offer any quick fix solutions, I am helping women achieve their desired body and most importantly maintain it once they leave my coaching service. I have made it my goal to set my clients up for long-term success. If you are committed to making a change to your health and fitness then I am ready to guide you all the way to the finishing line.

How it works: 

  • Firstly you will be asked to fill in an application form.
  • We will have our first video call via Zoom or FaceTime to get to know each other and talk about your goals and other aspects of your life that impact your training and nutrition goals.
  • Once you have completed the online application form and set up your payment via GoCardless – I will get start working on your personalised training plan and nutrition goals.
  • I will create a unique training and nutrition plan based on your goals. Complete your training whenever and wherever works for you.
  • Access you training plan via TrueCoach (the app is free to download for my clients). You will be able to access your training plan anywhere and can train when it suits you best. Each exercises comes with a video demonstration.
  • We will have a video call once a week (approx. 30 minutes) where we will discuss your training and nutrition progress.
  • Between our catch-ups you can send me form videos via WhatsApp or email and of course ask me any questions you might have regarding your training or nutrition (I will reply within 24 hours).
  • I will create a new bespoke training plan every 2 months.
