Personal Training Face to Face

Personal training is perfect for those who need extra accountability when it comes to completing their workouts. I offer a personalised experience tailored to your goals. Meet me either at Wanstead Flats or via live video call on Zoom and I will coach you through the entire session. Are you ready to start your journey? Then let’s get to work!

How it works: 

  • You can book a free consultation with me. This will be via video call (Zoom or FaceTime) and we will get to know each other and talk about your goals, current lifestyle and previous exercise experience.
  • Once you have signed up to the intro package, I will send you a personalised document specific to your goals, the steps we will take to get you there and a nutrition cheat sheet.
  • All payments are handled via GoCardless.
  • You will receive a digital PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to fill-in before our first session.
  • We will schedule your first session either at Wanstead Flats or via Zoom. For park outdoor sessions all you have to bring is some water and a small towel, I will provide the rest. For Zoom sessions I will structure the workouts according to the type of equipment you have at home (if any).
  • Sessions are 60 minutes long and include a warm-up and cool-down.
  • For additional workouts you will get access to my online workouts, you can pick and choose from 24 different workouts.
  • Between sessions you can message me via email or WhatsApp if you have any questions regarding your training or nutrition (I will reply within 24 hours).


  • Intro 6 weeks package – £210
  • After that £180 for 4 weeks (one session per week)

  • Bespoke training plan for extra sessions you perform on your own – £85/monthly
